Data processing agreement (DPA)

For Team and Enterprise customers who need it, Holgura signs a data processing agreement under GDPR Article 28.

• Subject: your organisation's users (email, name, language) and alert configuration.
• Location: European Union (Hetzner, Germany and Finland).
• Sub-processors: Hetzner (hosting), Stripe (payments), an email provider with servers in the EU.
• Security: encryption in transit, keys and links stored as fingerprints, encrypted secrets, immutable backups, chained audit log.
